Do I need experience as a model for a boudoir photoshoot?

Absolutely not! We have experience with clients of all experience levels, and we’ll guide you through the entire process and posing. Most women who book a boudoir shoot have no experience posing or shooting. I will demonstrate the poses and do them with you. I got you, girl!

 

Will my images be kept private?

Yes, we prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. We only share your images with your explicit consent. You are 100% in control of what happens to your photos.

 

What should I wear for the photoshoot?

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and beautiful. Choose lingerie that makes YOU feel gorgeous. But also consider clothes that make you feel good, like an oversized knitted sweater, which can also look amazing. I don’t like everything about my body. How will you handle this during my boudoir shoot?

During our consultation, we will discuss this. We’ll talk about what you love about yourself and what you may feel less confident about, and how we can take that into account during the shoot. Do I need to lose weight before booking my shoot?

No, you absolutely don’t! A boudoir shoot is for women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and weights. You should do what makes you feel good. A few kilos more or less... you’re beautiful just as you are. You can read more about this in this blog.

 

When is the best time to book my boudoir photoshoot?

Keep in mind there’s usually a waiting time of about two months. Sometimes, a spot becomes available sooner. If you want to surprise someone with a physical product from your shoot, plan your shoot at least 3 months before the day you want to give the gift. Emotionally, the best time to book is when YOU are ready. You can always find reasons to put it off, but think about all the reasons to go ahead and do it.

 

What type of lighting do you use in the boudoir studio?

In our beautiful and spacious studio in Dongen, we work with both natural daylight and artistic (studio) lighting. We have a few settings by our beautiful windows, where we use natural light. If it’s a dark, rainy day, no problem! We’ll just place a lamp outside the window. Additionally, we also have the ability to use our flash for creating stunning artistic images.
